Our pre-order policy

Our first collection has been available for pre-order since November 22. We have chosen this method of purchase as a commitment to eco-responsible production in order to avoid overproduction.

We want to be 100% transparent with you. All our jewelry is made in our partner workshop in the heart of the Jura. Manufacturing times vary between 5 and 6 weeks depending on the workload of our craftsmen, both for jewelry, but also for leather bracelets made in Allier.

When will my pre-ordered jewelry be delivered?

As soon as you place your pre-order online, we launch the design at our different manufacturers. As soon as your jewelry is ready, we contact you by email to inform you of the shipment of your order.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number for your shipment. Generally, it takes 1 to 4 working days. When do I have to pay for my pre-order?

You will be charged when your pre-order is validated, as for a standard order.

It is therefore a commitment which calls for a conscious choice, and not a compulsive purchase, and above all gives you the opportunity to treat yourself to a totally unique piece.

Can I cancel my pre-ordered jewelry?

To cancel a pre-ordered piece of jewelry, you have 24 hours after payment to notify us that you have changed your mind. In this case, please contact our customer service at contact@alhiage.com .
