Delivery

Delivery is free throughout France and Europe. All our leather bracelets are handmade by craftsmen in France. If the model you have chosen is not in stock, delivery times may be extended depending on the color chosen. You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and will receive the tracking number of your order to keep you informed of the delivery of the package.

The withdrawal period is 14 days. This period takes effect from the day after receipt of your order. Return costs are free. In order to make a return, please send us an email to contact@alhiage.com, specifying the reason for your return, accompanied by your order number. Your package must be returned to us at the following address:

Your package must be returned to us in its original packaging, without any damage. The jewel must be absolutely intact and must not have been worn. It must have been returned within 14 days of receipt (the postmark being proof). Upon receipt, it will be checked by our manufacturer. Depending on its condition, you may be charged for damage.

Upon receipt of your order, and after checking the condition of the jewelry, the reimbursement period is 8 days maximum.
