Delivery

We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery is free throughout France and Europe. Your order is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. However, the shipping insurance coverage ends once your package has been delivered and signed for.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of the package's delivery.

Returns

The cancellation period is 14 days. This period begins the day after you receive your order. Return shipping is free. To make a return, please send us an email to contact@alhiage.com, specifying the reason for your return and including your order number. Your package must be returned to the following address:

Your package must be returned to us in its original packaging, undamaged. The jewelry must be completely intact and unworn. It must be returned in its original box, along with the instruction manual, the personalization kit, accessories, and the payment receipt. The package must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (the postmark will serve as proof of date). Upon receipt, it will be inspected by our manufacturer. Depending on its condition, you may be charged for any damage.

Upon receipt of your order, and after verification of the condition of the jewelry, the refund processing time is a maximum of 5 days.
