Delivery
We work with DHL, FEDEX and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery is free throughout France and Europe. Your order is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. However, insurance coverage on the shipment ends once your package is delivered and signed for.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is dispatched and will receive your order's tracking number to keep you informed of its progress.
Returns
The withdrawal period is 14 days. This period begins the day after you receive your order. Return shipping costs are free. To make a return, please send us an email at contact@alhiage.com, stating the reason for your return, along with your order number. Your package must be sent back to us at the following address:

Your package must be returned to us in its original packaging, without any damage. The jewelry must be absolutely intact and must not have been worn. It must be returned in its original box, accompanied by its instructions, personalization set, accessories, and payment receipt. It must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (as evidenced by the postmark). Upon receipt, it will be checked by our manufacturer. Depending on its condition, you may be charged for any damage.
Upon receipt of your order, and after checking the condition of the jewelry, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 days.
