One-year warranty

Alhiage jewelry comes with a one-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty attests to the quality of our creations and our commitment to offering durable pieces that meet our manufacturing standards.

Warranty conditions

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing or design defects
• Material defects affecting the strength or appearance of the jewelry
• Assembly or clasp problems resulting from a production error

In the event of a defect being found, Alhiage undertakes to proceed, after examination of the jewelry, with its repair, its exchange or, where appropriate, its refund.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear due to time or use of the jewelry
• Scratches, dents or deformations resulting from improper use
• Natural oxidation of metals or alteration due to contact with chemicals (perfume, household products, etc.)
• Interventions, modifications or repairs carried out by a third party not authorized by Alhiage
